SERVICE OF LEGAL PROCESS
We are Local Authority Approved Process Servers
As experienced Process Servers we provide a quick, discreet and efficient service to the Legal Profession. We are experienced with all forms of Court Process and will attend at the address of the subject and personally serve documents and thereafter swear an appropriate Affidavit or complete a Certificate / Statement of Service.
We are happy to collect documents from Court or our clients office if required. We will ensure your legal documents are served and all relevant documents returned to you, along with proof of service as appropriate.
We have a team of dedicated Process Servers. We offer a 24 hour service. You can speak to the actual person serving your documents at anytime.
Unlike most other agencies we do not limit the number of attendances made to properties if we believe that the subject resides at the given address. Where necessary local enquiries are carried out to establish residence and we will then make multiple attendances to effect service. We recognise that it is in our interests to complete the job quickly and as such, attendances are always made at appropriate times in order to achive the desired result. Our Process Serving is usually carried out for a fixed fee* but we are happy to discuss any instructions with our clients. *(Except for Legally Aided Clients - please see below)
We fully recognise that reporting and accurate Affidavits / Statements are as important to you as the serving of the documents. By using our service you can be assured that every case will be quickly and correctly completed and all documents will be returned to your office without delay, together with a full report to include any additional information that may be of benefit to our clients. Affidavits are sworn at our local County Court, usually negating the need for additional costs.
